Harber Qualifies for State Primary Ballot

Denver, April 9, 2020 – The Elections Division of the Colorado Secretary of State’s office has announced that Aaron Harber, Democratic candidate for University of Colorado Regent for the 2nd Congressional District, has collected the required number of signatures to appear on the June 30 State Primary ballot.

Candidates for University of Colorado Regent for a congressional district are required to collect 1,500 signatures (or 10% of votes cast in the last election, whichever is smaller) in their district, a requirement outlined by 1-4-801, C.R.S. Harber submitted 1,872 valid signatures, eclipsing the 1,500 signature thresholds.
