| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The Division of Banking (Division) proposes rulemaking for 3 CCR 701-1 to repeal nine rules due to duplication of statute or other federal regulations and guidelines, the current rule is outdated or more restrictive compared to federal guidelines, and to relocate one rule to the Financial Institution Administrative Rules. Additionally, the Division proposes to amend nineteen rules to make grammatical and technical changes, establish additional requirements and/or clarify current requirements, incorporate by reference applicable and comparable federal regulations, modernize and align rules with federal standards and regulations and increase parity with national banks.
