| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this rulemaking hearing is for the Executive Director to consider adopting the proposed revisions to: 1) the Child Care Centers, Family Child Care Homes, Children’s Resident Camps, School-Aged Child Care Programs, and Neighborhood Youth Organizations transportation rules to implement Colorado House Bill 24-1055 (Child Passenger Safety and Education); 2) the Children’s Resident Camps rules to implement Colorado Senate Bill 24-071 (Seasonal Outdoor Adventure Day Camp Program), and incorporate the results of a comprehensive rule review to determine if the rules should be continued in their current form, modified, or repealed pursuant to section 24-4-103.3, C.R.S.; and 3) the Special Activities rules to incorporate the results of a comprehensive rule review to determine if the rules should be continued in their current form, modified, or repealed pursuant to section 24-4-103.3, C.R.S. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
