Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of these rules sets forth provisions governing the Transportation Commission’s actions, administrative practices, and transaction of business. The Transportation Commission seeks to modify 2 CCR 601-11, Rule 3.00 titled Committees of the Commission. The proposed amendments will change the name of the “Transit and Intermodal Committee” and the number of Commission member seats on standing committees. |
Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of these rules sets forth provisions governing the Transportation Commission’s actions, administrative practices, and transaction of business. The purpose of this specific rulemaking was to modify 2 CCR 601-11, Rule 3.00 titled Committees of the Commission. This rule-making changed the name of “the Transit and Intermodal Committee” to “the Mobility Systems Committee”. Additionally, the number of Commission member seats on standing committees was modified. |
