| Description of Subjects/Issues |
Amend rules associated with Unemployment Insurance by improving scheduling, information reporting, and meeting federal conformity. Appeals seeks to facilitate better scheduling and resource management by use of hearing pre-registration procedures. The division seeks to encourage the use of electronic reporting to information requests from the division to expedite response time and reduce mailing costs. Finally the division seeks to being itself into conformity with federal requirement to calculate the pro rata rate of federal employers to three decimal places. |
