Several noticed stakeholder meetings were held during the drafting phase of the amended rule, including emails soliciting feedback from those that could not participate in person. Once a draft proposed amended rule was noticed for a rulemaking hearing, the public was invited to submit written comments by 5 pm on Wednesday, June 22, 2016, and several were emailed to maulid.miskell@state.co.us by and after that date, and all were made part of the rulemaking record. Stakeholders were also invited to submit written comments and/or provide verbal testimony at the rulemaking hearing; none did. |
