Department of Regulatory Agencies Public Utilities Commission 4 CCR 723-2 2015-00358 08/03/2016 The Governor’s Chief Legal Counsel requested the PUC suspend its rulemaking indefinitely in order to engage with stakeholders in a process focused on the future of Colorado’s 9-1-1 system. We agree that additional stakeholder discussions comply with the goal of protecting public safety in addressing challenges posed by emerging technologies. We find good cause to terminate the proceeding without adopting rules.
