What is a renewal?

Your registration as a paid solicitor is valid for one year. You must renew the registration on or before the anniversary date of your registration in order to remain active in Colorado.

How do I file a renewal?

• Log in to your account with your user ID and password. Need help logging in?

• Access your renewal from the “Filings due in the next 60 days” panel in your dashboard.

• Review the summary of information you’ll need to provide on the initial Paid Solicitor Renewal screen, then click on "Next".

• Most of the information from your last approved filing will be carried forward, and you can update as necessary. You will need to attach a new Surety Bond form to your renewal, and, if applicable, a new Criminal History and Enforcement Actions form.

• Your data is not saved until you complete and file the renewal or click the “Save & Exit” button.
