| Description of Subjects/Issues |
In compliance with the State Administrative Procedure Act, Section 24-4-103.3, C.R.S., the
department is proposing amendments to 6 CCR 1010-21, Colorado Wholesale Food, Industrial
Hemp and Shellfish Regulations. This request for rulemaking proposes to remove all
requirements associated with hemp products in Colorado from the Colorado Wholesale Food,
Industrial Hemp and Shellfish Regulations, and revises the name of the regulation to the
Colorado Wholesale Food and Shellfish Regulations. |
