| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
To modify Rule 1 CCR 101-1 and 1 CCR 101-9. The State Controller and Executive Director exercised rulemaking authority as granted under one or more of the following: §24-30-202, C.R.S., §24-17-102 (1), C.R.S., §24-17-103, C.R.S., §24-30-202.4, C.R.S., and/or HB23-1087. |
