| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The Colorado Department of State is considering amendments to the campaign and political finance rules to ensure uniform and proper administration, implementation, and enforcement of Colorado campaign finance law. Specifically, the Department proposed permanent adoption of temporary Rule 10.17 adopted on February 15, 2023 (eDocket #2023-00092). Please see attached Notice of Permanent Rulemaking including a Draft Statement of Basis. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The Colorado Department of State has adopted amendments to the campaign and political finance rules to ensure uniform and proper administration, implementation, and enforcement of Colorado campaign finance law. Specifically, the Department has permanently adopted temporary Rule 10.17, adopted on February 15, 2023 (see CCR tracking #2023-00092).
