| Description of Subjects/Issues |
Rule 2.15 is being amended to reflect name changes in PERA-affiliated employers and an affiliation to PERA.
Rule 2.98 is being added to reflect PERA’s long-standing interpretation and plan procedure that a change in marital or civil union status does not nullify the designation of a beneficiary, cobeneficiary, co-annuitant, or named beneficiary.
Rule 7.75D is being amended to reference Part 9 of Article 51 of Title 24, C.R.S. rather than just Section 905.
Rule 11.12F is being amended to enable PERA to collect owed working retiree contributions via benefit offset for retirees working as independent contractors for PERA employers rather than PERA billing the retiree.
Rule 12.10C(1) is being amended to enable eligible individuals to enroll in PERA’s Health Care Program within 30 days of their Medicare effective date rather than their Medicare eligibility date. |
