| Description of Subjects/Issues |
Pursuant to House Bill 20-1286 the regulation of Fantasy Contest Operators is transferred from the Department of Regulatory Agencies, Division of Professions and Occupations, Office of Fantasy Contest Operators Licensure and Regulation to the Colorado Department of Revenue, Division of Gaming effective 9/1/2020.
Accordingly, the Director is holding a rulemaking hearing to repeal the Office of Fantasy Contest Operators Licensure and Registration Rules 1.1 through 1.8 as the regulation of Fantasy Contest Operators will no longer be subject to the Director's authority as of 9/1/2020. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
