Secretary of State Jena Griswold’s Statement on Signing of Colorado Partnership for Quality Jobs and Services Act into Law

Denver, June 16, 2020 – In response to Governor Polis signing The Colorado Partnership for Quality Jobs and Services Act into law today, Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold issued the following statement:

“The passage of The Colorado Partnership for Quality Jobs and Services Act ensures that state employees will have a seat at the table to advocate for their needs and protect their livelihoods. All working people deserve a livable wage, access to health care, and safe working conditions. I congratulate the state employees whose tireless work and advocacy have led to this moment, Governor Polis for signing this into law, and Senator Garcia, Senator Pettersen and Representative Esgar who led the charge in the legislature.”
