Secretary of State Jena Griswold Convenes Bipartisan Election Advisory Commission for Engagement in 2019 and 2020 Elections
Denver, June 21, 2019 – Today, the Bipartisan Election Advisory Commission reconvened to discuss the implementation of 2019 elections legislation and preparations for the 2019 and 2020 elections. The commission’s purpose is to make recommendations to the Secretary of State regarding the development and implementation of best practices, administrative rules, and legislation.
“I am looking forward to working with this group of legislators, county clerks, and community leaders to ensure Colorado’s continued leadership on election access and security,” said Secretary of State Jena Griswold. “This bipartisan commission will be critical to our success in the coming years.”
