Risk Limit Set for the 2020 General Election

In accordance with Election Rule 25.2.2 (a), the Secretary of State established a risk limit of 4% for the comparison risk-limiting audit (RLA) of the November 3, 2020 General Election.

Comparison audits

The risk limit for comparison audits is 4%. The following counties will conduct comparison audits following the 2020 General Election:
