The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
A change to the Colorado Revised Statutes concerning automatic admission to Colorado institutions of higher education for an incoming freshman who graduates in the top 10 percent of the student’s Colorado high school class, and, in connection therewith, establishing a process and requirements for institutions to use in admitting such students including setting a cap to the number of automatic admissions to 75 percent of the institution’s freshman class.
The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
