The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

A change to the Colorado Revised Statutes prohibiting the state or a political subdivision of the state from adopting an ordinance, rule, county resolution, or code that prohibits or discriminates against the connection or reconnection of an energy source for cooking, hot water systems, generators, cooling systems, and heating systems based on the type of energy to be delivered to an individual consumer.

The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
