2022 County Frequent Filing Calendar

Primary election: Tuesday, June 28, 2022
General election: Tuesday, November 8, 2022

This calendar applies to (refer to Campaign Finance Rule 17):

County candidates and candidate committees whose office appears on the 2022 Primary or General Election ballot
County Issue committees whose issue attempts access to or appears on the 2022 General Election ballot
County Political Parties
County Political Committees
County Small Donor Committees
County 527 Political Organizations
County Independent Expenditure Committees

Please note:

Electioneering Communication (EC) mentions candidates and are part of the regularly scheduled reports for registered committees. EC reports do not apply to Issue Committees.
24-Hour Notice of Major Contributor reports do not apply to PCs, 527s and IECs.
48-Hour Independent Expenditure Reports only apply to IECs.
Small-Scale Issue Committees (SSIC) file disclosure reports once they exceed $5,000 in activity. After filing an initial disclosure report and converting to an Issue Committee, they are subject to the disclosure requirements of 1-45-108, C.R.S.

June 7, 2022 21st Day before the Primary Election report	October 28, 2021 - June 2, 2022 or November 28, 2021 - June 2, 2022
June 24, 2022 Friday before the Primary Election report	June 3, 2022 - June 19, 2022
June 28, 2022	Primary Election
July 28, 2022 30th Day after the Primary Election report	June 20, 2022 - July 23, 2022
October 9, 2022	Starts the 30-day period before the General Election for 24-Hour Major Contributor and 48-Hour Independent Expenditure reports and concludes on November 7, 2022
October 18, 2022 21st Day before the General Election report	July 24, 2022 - October 13, 2022
November 4, 2022 Friday before the General Election report	October 14, 2022 - October 30, 2022
November 8, 2022	General Election
