Please contact the Colorado Department of Revenue with any questions about the Donate to a Colorado Nonprofit Fund, or instructions regarding how to write in a charity on your tax form.

If you have a question regarding why a particular charity is not on the list, please contact the Secretary of State’s Charities Program at charitable@sos.state.co.us.  The most common reasons are:

  1. it was not in Good status on the day the list was generated, and
  2. it had not been registered for at least five years as of the date the list was created.
