2020 Rulemaking
The Secretary of State adopted emergency rules on April 2, 2020 extending the due date for all registrant reports and filings that were due between April 1, 2020 and July 15, 2020 to August 15, 2020. This temporary rule 5.7 expired on November 12, 2020.
