Pursuant to section 7-45-101 (2) of the Colorado Revised Statutes, the following list reflects each entity with the designation “PTR” in its official name in its constituent filed document as recorded by the Colorado Secretary of State. This list may include an entity that is not a Toll Road or a Toll Highway Company under Colorado law. Further, a Toll Road or Toll Highway Company that does not include “PTR” in their name is not included.

This list is reviewed annually by the Colorado Secretary of State’s Office and was last reviewed on January 10, 2008. To conduct a current search for all Toll Road or Toll Highway Companies, select “Search business database” from the Business Organization Information column of the Business Division home page. Select the “Advanced Search” link from the “Records Search” page. On the Advanced Search page, check the box “Business name” and enter the desired search term(s) to return a list of entity names containing the entered search term(s).

The constituent filed document for any of the following listed entities may be accessed by selecting the “Search business database” option from the Business Organization Information column of the Business Division home page. A search may be performed by entering either the Entity ID number or the Entity Name. An entity’s constituent filed document and related documents can be found by selecting “View History and Documents” from the Entity’s Summary page.
