| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The Colorado State Board of Nursing held an Emergency and Permanent Rulemaking Hearing on April 23, 2025, regarding proposed revisions to multiple Board rules. The purpose was to make Board ordered revisions, to implement Colorado Senate Bill 23-167 (CONCERNING THE REGULATION OF CERTIFIED MIDWIVES BY THE STATE BOARD OF NURSING, AND, IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, MAKING AN APPROPRIATION), and to correct a deficiency in the incorporation by reference. |
