The Division is aware that the adopted version of Rule 3-1015(B)(3)(c)(ii) reflects a typographical error in Rule 3-1015(B)(3)(c)(ii) such that the language of the rule is incomplete as finally published. The rule states:
If an Edible Regulated Marijuana Product is labeled with an expiration date, a Regulated Marijuana Store shall not Transfer the product to a patient or consumer.
The correct rule language should state:
If an Edible Regulated Marijuana Product is labeled with an expiration date, a Regulated Marijuana Store shall not Transfer the product to a patient or consumer past the labeled expiration date. |
