The purpose of this regulation is to interpret and implement the provisions of §§ 10-4-111(1) and (5), 10-4-123 and 10-4-636, of the Colorado Revised Statutes, to provide summary disclosure requirements and the summary disclosure forms in English and the summary document form in Spanish for private passenger automobile insurance. |
