The Board of Pharmacy will hold a Rulemaking Hearing on Thursday, January 16, 2025, at 9:00 A.M. (MDT), to receive feedback on proposed new Rule 17.00.00, Appendix G – MAT Prescription Protocol - The purpose is to create a new MAT Prescribing Statewide Protocol that is required as part of implementation of Colorado House Bill 24-1045. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of this Permanent Rulemaking Hearing was to allow stakeholder a final opportunity to testify before the Board determined on proposed new Rule 17.00.00, Appendix G – MAT Prescription Protocol - The purpose is to create a new MAT Prescribing Statewide Protocol that is required as part of implementation of Colorado House Bill 24-1045 (CONCERNING TREATMENT FOR SUBSTANCE USE DISORDERS, AND, IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, MAKING AN APPROPRIATION). |
