| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
In June 2024 the Parks and Wildlife Commission approved changes related to the 2025-2029 Big Game
Season Structure Framework. The finalized 2025-2029 Big Game Season Structure document highlights
these changes. As part of those changes the archery over-the-counter liceneses west of I-25 and 140 will
be limited to residents only. In order to provide some limited opportunity to nonresidents new nonresident
only licenses with the letter “V” have been created. |
