To consider revisions addressing ozone precursors emissions and aligning with the Environmental Protection Agency’s model rule in 40 CFR Part 60 Subpart OOOOc, improvements through standardizations of the pre- and early- production oil and gas air quality monitoring program, and updating the definition of disproportionately impacted community. |
