| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of the Executive Director adopting the proposed revisions to the Child Care Centers, Family Child Care Homes (FCCH), Children’s Resident Camps, School-Aged Child Care Programs (SACC), and Neighborhood Youth Organizations' (NYO) transportation rules, was to ensure the Child Care Licensing rules implemented Colorado House Bill 24-1055 (Child Passenger Safety and Education) by the effective date of the legislation (Janurary 1, 2025). |
