| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The general purpose of this rulemaking is to revise Board Rule 1-71 because of objections expressed by the Office of Legislative Legal Services at the Colorado General Assembly. The revision will ensure there is no conflict between the Rule and the governing statute. |
