| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this rulemaking is to update the title of certified building inspectors from "third party inspector" to "delegated building inspector," to clarify the duties of the delegated building inspector, to update the list of projects allowed under annual permits, to raise fees related to inspections and plan reviews by 2.5% to defray the anticipated costs of the program, to update the definitions and divisional procedures, and to correct grammatical and formatting errors as well as to update the document format to comply with accessibility standards. |
