| Description of Subjects/Issues |
RULE CHANGES FOR APPROVAL:
Rules 1, 2, 5, and 14 require slight modification. The changes to rules 1,2, and 5 are general changes to improve grammatical, formatting, and clarity. These changes do not affect the purpose of the rules.
Rules 14.C and 14D require significant modification to reflect changes to the COLORADO LOTTERY MULTI-STATE JACKPOT GAME, MEGA MILLIONS®. The change is to improve the odds of winning a jackpot and increase the value of prizes by adding a new feature called "The Multiplier." As a result of the changes, the add-on game "Megaplier", defined and governed by rule 14.D, is being retired; therefore, rule 14.D will be removed as it is no longer needed.
