This rule updates Exhibit 4 of the Medical Treatment Guidelines, and specifically deals with
shoulder injuries. The changes to this exhibit are the culmination of review of the updated medical evidence and meetings, both internally and externally, on generally accepted medical practice where evidence is lacking. Amendments revise, clarify, and update language, procedures, and requirements associated with the medical treatment guidelines. There is no redline as there were significant changes and this is a complete strike and replace. |
