The Colorado Board of Nursing will hold a Rulemaking Hearing on October 23, 2024 at 9:00 A.M. to allow stakeholders a final opportunity to testify before the Board decides on proposed revisions to Rule 1.9, 1.12, 1.14, 1.15, 1.18, 1.28 & 1.29. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of this Permanent Rulemaking Hearing was to allow stakeholders to testify before the Board decided on the proposed revisions to Rule 1.9, Rule 1.12, Rule 1.14, Rule 1.15, Rule 1.18, Rule 1.28 and Rule 1.29. The purpose of the proposed revisions is to clarify and edit the rules to be consistent with Statute and correct clerical errors. |
