| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The overall intent of this rule amendment is to make minor editorial and technical
corrections, add clarity to existing requirements, update the incorporation by reference
section, and improve the consistency between Part 9 and the national model rule Part I of the
Conference of Radiation Control Program Directors, (CRCPD) Inc. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
To clarify existing provisions for consistency with language in the model regulation Part I of the Conference of Radiation Control Directors, (CRCPD) Inc., update the provisions for documents that are incorporated by reference consistent with the state Administrative Procedure Act, and make minor editorial and technical corrections. |
