| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The Board of Pharmacy will hold a Rulemaking Hearing on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at 9:00 A.M. (MDT), to receive feedback on proposed changes to Rules 14.00.00, 15.00.00, 17.00.00, 21-00-00, 17(Appendix A), 3.00.00, 23.00.00, 11.00.00, proposed new Rule 17.00.00(Appendix E & F) and proposed changes to Rules 2.00.00, 3.00.00 & 31.00.00, to implement Colorado Senate Bill 24-209. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of this Rulemaking Hearing was to allow stakeholders to testify before the Board decided on proposed changes to Rules 15.00.00, 17.00.00, 21.00.00, 17(Appendix A), 3.00.00, 23.00.00, 11.00.00, proposed new Rule 17.00.00(Appendix E) and proposed changes to Rules 2.00.00, 3.00.00 & 31.00.00, to implement Colorado Senate Bill 24-209. |
