Statutory Authority Sections 25-7-106(c), 109(1)(a), (2), and (3); 25-7-109(10); 25-7-106(6); 24-4-103 and 25-7-110, 25-7-110.5 and 25-7-110.8 C.R.S., as applicable and amended.
Description of Subjects/Issues To consider revisions to four separate regulations: Regulation Number 7, Regulation Number 25, Regulation Number 26, and Regulation Number 27. Regulation Number 7: proposed revisions to include a state-only midstream segment emission reduction program, also adding an emissions category to annual reporting requirements for oil and gas sources. Proposed revisions to include in the ozone SIP emission reduction measures which are currently state-only requirements as contingency measures for the 2008 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS). Further, the revisions to these regulation will include any typographical, grammatical, and formatting errors throughout the regulation.
