| Description of Subjects/Issues |
To consider revisions to its Procedural Rules to update obsolete provisions, restructure for better “readability”, rework the prehearing process and to account for modern practices. Revisions also include edits to the Commission rulemaking procedures to improve access to the process for interested members of the public. Further, these revisions will include any typographical, grammatical and formatting errors throughout the regulation. |
