Purpose/Objective of Rule:
The purpose of these amendments is to align with statutory language resulting from SB 23-179.
Description of Subject/Issues:
To align with statutory language established through SB23-179, the Division is proposing to amend the language in Sections 5.C and 5.C.2.c. of Colorado Insurance Regulation 4-2-11 to refer to the “dental loss ratio”. |
