| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this rulemaking hearing is for the Executive Director to consider permanent adoption of the proposed revisions to the School-Aged Child Care (SACC) rules. The proposed revisions re-establish the forty dollar ($40) fee for “Duplicate Licenses” in rule section 2.111, which was erroneously removed in a previous rulemaking; implements Colorado Senate Bill 21-167 (Concerning the regulation of Child Care Centers); and incorporates the results of a comprehensive rule review consistent with the requirements of section 24-4-103.3, C.R.S., to determine if the rules should be continued in their current form, modified, or repealed. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
