| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The Colorado Office of Natural Medicine will hold a Rulemaking Hearing on June 20, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. to receive testimony before the Director of the Division of Professions and Occupations (“Director”) and the Program Director of the Colorado Natural Medicine Advisory Board (“Board”) decide on proposed new Rule 6 – STANDARDS OF PRACTICE and Rule 7 – ADVERTISEMENT to implement Colorado Senate Bill 23-290. |

The Colorado Office of Natural Medicine Licensure held a Rulemaking Hearing to receive testimony before the Director of the Division of Professions and Occupations (“Director”) decided whether to adopt additions to Rule 1.4 - Definitions, new Section 6.22 – Data Collection, and proposed new Rule 8 – DISCIPLINE/VIOLATIONS to implement Colorado Senate Bill 23-290. |
