| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of these rules is to adopt and enforce regulations governing the reasonable and adequate standards of safety for school buses and school transportation vehicles that promote the welfare of the students and afford reasonable protection to the public. The purpose of the amendments is to update the minimum standards to align with recent federal standards and reflect current industry practices. |
