Description of Subjects/Issues HB23-1174, enacted in the aftermath of the December 30, 2021, Marshall fire, requires insurers to offer certain percentages of Extended Replacement Cost and Law and Ordinance coverage. See §10-4-110.8 (6)(a), C.R.S. This regulation sets forth the requirements for notifying policyholders of the availability of those coverages.
