Added subsections (A) to (J) of new Rule 1.28 (Rules and Regulations for Licensure of Certified Midwives) were inadvertently removed from the redlined and clean version of the rules that were adopted by the Board on January 24, 2024, during its Permanent Rulemaking Hearing in Filing Number 2023-00803. The purpose of this correction filing is to correct the non-substantive errors from filing 2023-00803. |
