| Description of Subjects/Issues |
Amendments to multiple Rules in order to clarify the requirements for the use of alcohol and acceptable conduct while at the racetrack, eliminate references applicable to greyhound racing, update rules to reflect current practices in Colorado racing, regulation, and veterinary care, and to correct clerical errors and/or clarify rules. The proposed Rule changes will also replace “stewards” with “Board of Stewards” in order to include a majority of the Board with information for decision making, and will ensure the contestants of a race meet receive their purse money. |
