| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The Colorado Preschool Program was eliminated with the creation of Universal Pre-K. Unfortunately, there was an error in the version filed with the Secretary of State’s Office. While CDE staff attempted to find other solutions to account for the error, it was determined that the rulemaking process needed to be repeated with the correct filing in order to fully repeal the rules. |
