The Colorado State Board of Nursing will hold a Rulemaking Hearing on January 24, 2024, at 9:30 A.M. to receive testimony on new rules and revisions to multiple Board rules to implement Colorado Senate Bill 23-167 CONCERNING THE REGULATION OF CERTIFIED MIDWIVES BY THE STATE BOARD OF NURSING, AND, IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, MAKING AN APPROPRIATION. |

The purpose of this Permanent Rulemaking Hearing was to allow stakeholder a final opportunity to testify before the Board determined on new rules and revisions to multiple Board rules to implement Colorado Senate Bill 23-167 (CONCERNING THE REGULATION OF CERTIFIED MIDWIVES BY THE STATE BOARD OF NURSING, AND, IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, MAKING AN APPROPRIATION). |
