Description of Subjects/Issues |
The Colorado Office of Barber and Cosmetology Licensure will hold a Rulemaking Hearing on December 8, 2023, at 10:30 A.M. to receive testimony before the Director determines whether to repeal Rule 1.12 on a permanent basis to implement Colorado Senate 23-265. |
Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of this Permanent Rulemaking Hearing was to allow stakeholders a final opportunity to testify before the Director determined whether to repeal, on a permanent basis, Rule 1.12 - PROTECTING COLORADO’S WORKFORCE AND EXPANDING LICENSING OPPORTUNITIES to implement Colorado Senate Bill 23-265 (Concerning a Prohibition on a Regulator Imposing Discipline Against a Person Based on Certain Activities Involving Marijuana). |
