| Description of Subjects/Issues |
On March 17, 2022, the Gaming Commission approved changes to Sports Betting Regulation 5 Authorized Sports Betting Activities. Those changes went into effect on May 15, 2022. These changes included new Regulations for fixed odds or price on horse and greyhound wagering that were set to expire as of eighteen months from the date of approval. The Division is now proposing changes to these Regulations that will remove all mentions of greyhound racing as that activity is no longer permitted in Colorado, as well as updating Regulation 5.4 to expire twenty-four months from the time these changes are approved. |
