| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of this Emergency Rulemaking Hearing is to allow stakeholders a final opportunity to testify before the Board to consider what rules should be promulgated to implement House Bill 23-1071 (CONCERNING THE AUTHORITY OF A LICENSED PSYCHOLOGIST TO PRESCRIBE PSYCHOTROPIC MEDICATION FOR THE TREATMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH DISORDERS), which was signed into law by Governor Jared Polis on March 3, 2023. |
